<p>MUMBAI: Tata Capital will open its initial public offering (IPO) on Oct 6, according to a stock exchange filing on Friday.</p>
<p>The three-day issue will close on Oct 8, with the anchor investor bidding scheduled for Oct 3.</p>

Although the issue pricing has not been announced, it is expected to be the largest IPO in the NBFC space given that the company has an established housing finance and retail lending business.The offer consists of a fresh issue of up to 21 crore equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, along with an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 26.6 crore shares by existing shareholders.

The IPO also includes a reservation for subscription by eligible employees, as defined in the prospectus.
