This drive came on the back of high tariffs, rising data consumption, and growing adoption of digital services across the country.

Its net profit nearly doubled from Rs 7,253 crore in FY22 to Rs 14,073 crore in FY25, further climbing to Rs 14,904 crore in the twelve months ending June 2025.As per the figures show, diversified business houses have remained strong, overcoming sectoral challenges and benefiting from revived domestic demand, ET reported.However, not everyone ended Samvat 2081 as a winner as four of the top ten conglomerates saw their market value dip.
HCL Technologies, founded by Shiv Nadar, fell 15.4%, while the Tata Group, India’s largest conglomerate by valuation, slipped 13.6%.
The slump came due to a combination of factors as global headwinds hitting the tech sector, metal prices moderated and underperformance in certain consumer-focused businesses.The contrasting fortunes highlight Bharti Group’s sharp focus, digital-first strategy, and steady operational improvements, which have allowed it to outpace even some of India’s most established industrial houses, cementing its place as one of the fastest-growing conglomerates in the country.
